[Indications] r is a kinase inhibitor suitable for the treatment of the following patients

Drug Interactions
Inhibitors: Avoid coadministration with strong and moderate inhibitors. For moderate inhibitors a reduced dose must be used.
Inducers: Avoid coadministration with strong inducers.
Use in special populations
Hepatic Impairment: Avoid use in patients with baseline hepatic impairment

Infection: Monitor patients with fever and infection and evaluate promptly
Myelosuppression: Check complete blood count monthly
Nephrotoxicity: Monitor renal function and maintain hydration
