How to take: Take orally half an hour after a meal (the time of taking the medicine every day should be as consistent as possible) with warm water. The dose of apatinib missed during the course of treatment cannot be replenished.
Treatment time: Continue taking until disease progression or intolerable adverse reactions occur.
Medication for patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency:
There is currently no relevant data on the effect of this product on patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency. It is recommended that patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency should be treated under the guidance of a physician based on clinical conditions and laboratory test indicators. Use with caution. This product is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
Dose adjustment:
During the use of this product, adverse reactions should be closely monitored and adjustments should be made as necessary to enable patients to tolerate the treatment. Adverse reactions caused by apatinib can be managed through symptomatic treatment, discontinuation of the drug, and dose adjustment. In clinical studies, dosage adjustments usually occur in the first cycle (a day is a cycle).
When patients experience grade/grade hematological or non-hematological adverse reactions, it is recommended to suspend medication (not more than a week) until the condition is relieved or disappears and then continue to take the drug at the original dose. If the adverse reactions are not relieved after several weeks, it is recommended to adjust the dose under the guidance of a physician: first dose adjustment: once a day. Second dose adjustment: once a day (for the dose adjustment method, please refer to the table below and subsequent precautions). If a third dose adjustment is required, permanently discontinue the drug.
Discontinue this product permanently in patients with gastrointestinal perforation, wound dehiscence requiring clinical management, fistulas, severe bleeding, nephrotic syndrome, or hypertensive crisis. Patients with moderate to severe proteinuria who need further diagnosis or severe hypertension that has not been clinically controlled should temporarily stop using this product. Use of this product should be suspended before elective surgery (see Precautions).
